January 1st, 2010: Start call Expert Panel
- Selection of outstanding multimedia professionals for the formation of the WSA Expert Panel 2010-11; Experts are responsible for national pre-selections in their countries.

National Selections & Awards
June 2010 – February 2011
- Global contests through national contests; national contests conducted worldwide; overall 20.000 products expected to be nominated
Nomination of best e-Content examples for the WSA.

Global Contest
January 1 – March 25th, 2011: Product online registration phase (8 per country)
January – April 6th, 2011: Product Check-in Phase/Test Phase
- Registration Phase Global Contest. Each participating country entering 8 national winners, one per category, into the WSA global contest.

WSA Grand Jury
April 8th-14th, 2011
- Seven days of expert jury meeting with 36 jurors participating; evaluation of all nominated projects to generate the top five WSA winners in each category — 40 in total; selection of the WSA Special Mentions and Jury Distinctions.

WSA Winners Conference & Gala
February, 2012
- The winners’ conference and exhibition is an international showcase for diversity and creativity in e-Content.
